Inspections
There are several parts to add to an inspection. Select the relevant inspection options that are required and add a photo of the inspected item if you wish. Once the inspection is complete, you can save it by using the submit inspection button.
It is possible to modify an inspection, select here for the inspection from the list of all inspections and adjust where necessary.
Viewing inspections is as follows: Go to the item that has been inspected and click on the i icon in the list of inspections. Now a list of all inspections that have been done for the product in question appears.
Camera access
When creating an inspection, Beam will ask for permission to use the camera. Select to give Beam rights to this - once this is done, it is possible to add a photo of an inspected item to the inspection.
Reports

Write off
In the event that an item needs to be debited, for example because it did not pass the inspection in the desired way or, for example, it was sold, it can then easily be deducted.
